Project Description

Surveying and Topography (on a Call-Off basis) for MANATEQ Managed and/or Controlled Areas and/or Facilities. These areas and/or facilities could be in MANATEQ’s current zones, or in future zones: Jerry Al-Samour, Al-Wakrah, Birkat Al-Awamer, Aba-Saleel, Mesaieed Industrial Zone, Al-Karana, Al-Khor.

Description of Actual Services / Performed

The aim of this project is to conduct various survey works at different logistic parks owned by Manateq. The survey work performed by STS and each tasks identified and as service requisition (SR) issued by Manateq:

    • SR01 – Desktop Study
    • SR02 – Aerial Survey, Topographic Survey and Boundary Demarcation of 367 plots
    • SR03 – UAV Aerial Survey at Birkat Al Awamer (New)
    • SR04 – Subdivision Survey of 8 Plots Pin No. 91250879 Job No. 142607 at Birkat Al Awamer
    • SR05 – UAV Aerial Survey Al-Ruwais Logistics Park
    • SR06 – Subdivision Survey of Pin No. 91254151 Job No. 142595 at Birkat Al Awamer (New)
    • SR07 – 5 Permanent Bench Marks at Jery Al Samur
    • SR08 – Preparations of Gate Level Design Templates 1,500 Plots
    • SR09 – Re-Demarcation Survey Services at Birkat Al Awamer for the following Two Plots: BA-LP-D-056 Pin No. 91252354, BA-LP-D-122 Pin No. 91250976
