The Salwa Resort is designed to become one of the largest resorts and residential projects in Qatar and the Hilton Salwa Beach Resort and Villas constructed on 257 acres of land in the Salwa area, the beach resort and villas is a massive project that includes a water park, marina, dive center, cinemas, pools, a health club, spa and a considerable retail space. In addition to the rooms and suites in the main hotel building, the resort will also include two small “villages” of family villas.

• • Survey Supervising Services and Third-Party Survey throughout the whole project’s construction.

  The project’s main objective is to establish a tourist resort in the Salwa area near the Saudi-Qatari border. The project includes the construction of a group of villas, Arab villas, playground area, an operating team’s housing building, services buildings (electricity station, sewage station, stormwater tanks, and potable water tanks). The establishment of the sports area, which contains stadiums and administrative buildings and the establishment of a water sports area in Salwa Resort with all buildings, infrastructure, Our team of consisted of General Manger, Senior Surveyor, Surveyors and Draftsmen were responsible for the entire surveying work in the project, whether stakeout points or measuring the as built.

  STS employed an Aerial Survey using UX5 for monitoring and surveying to track the ongoing construction progress at the project site. This cutting-edge approach allows us to capture high-resolution aerial data, enabling a comprehensive assessment of the construction developments. The UX5’s capabilities contribute to efficient monitoring, providing valuable insights into the project’s advancement and aiding in strategic decision-making.
